Orange Pear Ginger Smoothie

Besides radiating a beautiful yellow color, this deliciously nourishing smoothie bowl promotes a healthy heart, clear complexion, hormonal balance, and provides many anti-inflammatory effects.

Ingredients

Blend:

Toppings:

  • 2 tsp almonds

  • 1 tsp  goji berries

  • 3 tsp sunflower seeds 

 

Instructions

  1. Blend for 3 minutes on high in your blender. I use a Vitamix.

  2. Pour into a glass or bowl and add toppings.

  3. Say thank you to yourself for taking the time to make this nourishing smoothie bowl.
