Rachel's Story
Hi, I'm Rachel
I'm a keynote speaker, intuitive artist, and executive coach. I've spent my career at the intersection of design, human transformation, and technology.
What I've learned is simple: in a world moving this fast, the most strategic asset isn't what you already know. It's the internal capacity to meet whatever arises.
It started at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I studied art, design, informatics, and psychology. I didn't know it at the time, but those four things have been the ingredients of everything since.
I went into technology at Digitas, designing digital products for Fortune 500 companies like Deere, Home Depot, and PlayStation. From there, I led product design for one of Salesforce's first AI products in 2016, releasing it on stage at Dreamforce, and then for Google Maps and Search, products used by more than two billion people a month. Along the way, I founded three ventures in ed-tech, emotional intelligence, and storytelling AI.
Alongside the work, another path was emerging. Since 2014, I've spent thousands of hours in meditation practice, retreat, and training, primarily studying Tibetan Buddhism, Theravāda Buddhism, Advaita Vedānta, and other nondual lineages. I volunteer at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and am a 200-hour certified meditation teacher through The Veda Center. I'm completing a two-year nondual meditation teacher training with Purpose Guides Institute, and I'm trained to offer shaktipat and nondual darshan, transmission practices rooted in Shaiva Tantra and Advaita Vedānta.
The two lives met while I was at Google, where I pioneered a company-wide meditation program. That was when I understood they were never separate.
I've coached hundreds of senior leaders across industries including technology, healthcare, finance, and social impact. I studied executive coaching methodologies, including the approaches of Matt Mochary and Martha Beck, and the principles Bill Campbell used as the "Trillion Dollar Coach" to Steve Jobs and Eric Schmidt. I hold certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching, Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Genos International, and Noble Story Group, and my work is further informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Integral Theory, and intuitive approaches. I was selected for Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for top executive coaches. My articles on leadership and human transformation have appeared in Forbes, Fast Company, and The Information.
These days I speak, coach, facilitate, and create. Keynotes on the capacities we need in the age of AI, private work with senior leaders, workshops for teams and the public, art collections and contemplative tools.
The core thread through it all is helping you transform uncertainty into thriving.
I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
