Designing & Building Systems
Rachel started her career in technology, where she led design for Google Maps and Search, products used by over 2 billion people monthly.
At Salesforce, Rachel led design for the company's pioneering AI products, launching them at Dreamforce. Her work at the forefront of AI development deepened her understanding of how technology could either elevate or exhaust humanity. She chose to be part of the solution, completing an AI Product Management certification and founding multiple ventures, including an ed-tech marketplace, an emotional intelligence community & training program, and a B2B AI startup focused on helping leaders enhance their communication impact.
The Artist's Path
Rachel is an academically trained and practicing visual artist. Her education in drawing, painting, and design provided a strong foundation in form, color, and composition. Her ongoing art practice explores the more subtle terrain of awareness, perception, and presence. These influences converge into art that serves as a vehicle for contemplative practice.
The Contemplative Path
Rachel's journey deepened through years of Vipassana and Insight Meditation practice, including intensive retreats and volunteer service at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She pioneered meditation programs company-wide at Google, helping engineers and innovators access deeper states of creativity and resilience while maintaining peak performance.
Her work draws from Eastern lineages including Hindu tantra, Advaita Vedānta, and Buddhist traditions (Theravāda, Mahāyāna, and Vajrayāna), and is further informed by contemporary psychological, somatic, and integral developmental approaches. These qualifications enable her to offer energy transmissions that activate kundalini awakening and provide access to nondual states of consciousness. She guides others toward direct realization of their true nature through direct transmission, pointing out instructions and awareness practices, holding space for authentic emergence with grounded presence and energetic sensitivity.
