Through 5,000+ hours of meditation practice with her current practice rooted in Tibetan Buddhism, a yoga teacher certification, a meditation teacher certification, and certifications in Kundalini Activation Process Level 1 and 2, qualifying her to offer both direct energy transmission that activates the process of kundalini awakening and non-dual transmissions, and years of guiding others, Rachel's learned to hold space for authentic emergence.
