These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all offerings facilitated by Rachel Weissman or her affiliated entities, including but not limited to keynote speaking engagements, workplace workshops, leadership coaching, online or in-person courses, retreats, and energy transmission sessions (collectively, the “Offerings”). By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any Offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and Nature of Offerings

The Offerings provided by Rachel Weissman span professional development, leadership communication, and embodied transformation. They may include elements such as:

• Keynotes and Workshops: designed for education, inspiration, and skill-building within professional and organizational settings.

• Courses and Coaching: focused on leadership, communication, and personal mastery.

• Retreats and Transmission Sessions: experiential containers that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper states of presence and awareness.

All Offerings are for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or psychological concerns.

2. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

I understand that participation in certain Offerings — including physical, energetic, or meditative practices — may involve inherent risks. These can include physical strain, emotional activation, or discomfort.

I agree to take full responsibility for my own wellbeing and participation. If I experience pain, discomfort, or emotional distress, I will listen to my body, pause my participation, and seek support from the facilitator if needed.

If I have medical conditions, physical limitations, or psychological concerns that may affect my ability to participate safely, I will disclose these prior to participation.

If I am pregnant, post-natal, or post-surgical, I affirm that I have my physician’s approval to participate.

3. Transmission and Energetic Practices

For Offerings involving energy transmission, embodiment, or movement:

I understand that these practices may include physical movements as well as opportunities for stress reduction and improved mental well-being. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury — even serious, disabling, or fatal — cannot be entirely eliminated.

These practices are not substitutes for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not recommended for those prone to mania, delusions, or psychosis.

By participating, I affirm that I am in good health and able to safely engage in these practices.

4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own participation and assume all risks arising from my involvement in any Offering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the State of California, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rachel Weissman, her affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including any loss, injury, or damage, whether physical, emotional, or financial.

5. Media Release

I understand that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during Offerings — including workshops, courses, retreats, and keynotes — for documentation, education, and promotional use by the instructor.

By participating, I grant permission for my likeness, image, and/or voice to be recorded and used in any media format, without compensation, in connection with Rachel Weissman’s work, provided that such use is respectful and aligned with the spirit of the offering.

If I prefer not to be recorded, I will inform Rachel before participating.

6. Confidentiality and Respect

In group settings, including workshops, courses, and retreats, participants may share personal experiences. I agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all participants.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in removal from an Offering without refund.

7. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

All payments are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Refund and cancellation policies vary by Offering and are clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

Missed sessions, partial participation, or non-attendance do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated in the program details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

9. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By registering for or participating in any Offering, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to these Terms of Service and Participant Agreement, including the Liability Waiver and Media Release.
